  • Candidates will lead a team focused on elevating Hire to Retire processes while ensuring SOX compliance and statutory audit readiness across all jurisdictions.

Salary

Base: $144,300 - $216,500 USD (Atlanta); Base: $137,100 - $243,600 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants

Must-have

  • 10+ years Payroll and Stock Administration experience
  • Deep functional knowledge of global payroll operations
  • Proven experience deploying Workday HCM and Payroll

Nice-to-have

  • CPP, CEP, or CPA designation preferred
  • Passion for being a Workday power user
  • Track record leading digital transformation shifts

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years progressive experience in Finance Transformation
  • CPA, CPP, or CEP certification highly preferred
