Job Summary

  • You will deliver professional customer service to ensure smooth operation of the admission centres.
  • This includes managing urgent admissions from outpatient clinics, appointment scheduling, payments, financial counselling and delivering pre-operative instructions to patients.
  • In addition, you will maintain accurate patient records and documentation, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.
