You will deliver professional customer service to ensure smooth operation of the admission centres
Job Summary
You will deliver professional customer service to ensure smooth operation of the admission centres.
This includes managing urgent admissions from outpatient clinics, appointment scheduling, payments, financial counselling and delivering pre-operative instructions to patients.
In addition, you will maintain accurate patient records and documentation, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.
