Job Summary
The Specialist will provide administrative program support to the TRIO program in STEM fields and offer one-on-one academic coaching, group tutoring, and educational support services to students.
Responsibilities include updating participant files, tracking student progress, developing retention strategies, identifying and recruiting participants, maintaining a student caseload, supervising Peer Tutors, and assisting with workshops and events.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, engineering, or technology, with a Master's degree preferred, and experience relating to persons from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
