Base: $153,600.00 - $230,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
12 years of tool engineering experience
Proficiency with CATIA NX or SolidWorks
Advanced GD&T and drawing generation skills
Experience with composite structures tooling
Nice-to-have
Mentoring junior engineers
Knowledge of AS9100 standards
Experience with autoclaving processes
Understanding of automated fiber placement
Background in titanium welding and machining
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 12 years experience OR Master's with 10 years
US Citizenship required for government clearance positions
Extensive experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFMA)
