Contribute to the development of an integrated Talent-to-Hire Funnel Cockpit for the Young Talent audience at Roche in Switzerland.
Collect and structure existing data sources and metrics across the Young Talent funnel, formulate and prioritize relevant KPIs, and develop a conceptual design for the Roche Young Talent Funnel Cockpit.
