Job Summary
The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable CBA’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for conducting fair, impartial and timely investigations and culture reviews with sensitivity and professionalism.
We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in workplace investigations
Tertiary qualifications in law or relevant field
Experience in lending misconduct and fraud investigations
