Base: $88,000-$121,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive bonus, commission target, and equity target; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, Paid Time Off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years manufacturing process experience
BS degree in technical discipline
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Understanding of cGMP and FDA guidelines
Ability to lead multi-shift operations
Nice-to-have
Experience with QLP principles
Strong communication skills for diverse teams
Commitment to continuous improvement culture
Ability to resolve disciplinary issues
Background in cost reduction initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent in technical field
5-7 years experience in all aspects of manufacturing
