Base: Competitive salary depending on knowledge and experience; Bonus/Equity: 3% year-end bonus plus annual bonus based on results; Benefits: Minimum 35.5 vacation days, travel allowance, pension scheme, wellness and sports facilities

Key Requirements
MBO level 4 diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of Electrotechnics
Preferred certifications such as VCA, NEN3140, Electrical Switching, or Industrial Automation
Dutch language proficiency spoken and written
Experience in pharmaceutical or food industry preferred but not required
