Employees must identify residents correctly before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and medical preparations.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
