Key Requirements
Graduate of Personal Support Worker program
Minimum 600 hours theory & practicum (Ontario & Alberta)
Experience working with seniors
Strong communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Interpersonal and customer focus skills
Personal care duties skills
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Ability to perform necessary tasks (e.g., lifting/transferring)
