Serve as the dedicated operational point of contact for a portfolio of key Prime Brokerage clients, managing and enhancing these relationships through first-class service.
Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for Equity Swaps and P-Notes, from execution and allocation to settlements and complex query resolution, including fails management.
Partner with business and technology teams on system enhancement projects to increase scalability and capacity, championing initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and de-risk manual processes.
