Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 1-2 years onsite pharmaceutical CRA experience
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or nursing
  • Valid driver's license where applicable
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulations
  • Risk-based monitoring and root cause analysis skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with oncology, HIV, respiratory, or vaccine trials
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to various scenarios

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or Registered Nursing certification
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical research monitor experience
