Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years direct healthcare sales experience
  • 2+ years cardiology structural heart/heart failure preferred
  • Track record of ≥100% quota for 2 consecutive years
  • Experience opening 3–5+ net-new accounts per year
  • Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement
  • Recent launch experience leading 2–3 programs per year
  • Willingness to travel 60-70%
