Job Summary

  • The USAF Dining Facility (DFAC) Food Service Supervisor works closely with the Dining Facility Manager to ensure the food service operation adheres to all established guidelines.
  • The Supervisor must inspect the facility and operation thoroughly making sure everything flows smoothly Prior to the start of the meals, the supervisor must ensure the cashiers are fully aware of all menu options and prices.
  • Local Nationals (LN) personnel will receive benefits in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) within the appropriate country location where they reside.
