EverCommerce is seeking a Growth Product Manager for its Customer Engagement Solutions team, focused on driving product initiatives for pulseM and Customer Lobby. Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for building a deep understanding of pulseM & Customer Lobby’s customer and business needs that you then translate into product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Lead product development from end to end: Write specs and user stories, build wireframes and prototypes, write test plans and release checklists.
  • Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment—in-office, remote, or hybrid.

Key Requirements

  • University degree (BS or MS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design or equivalent experience
  • Experience with engineering tools like Postman API Testing, SQL scripting, data analytics (Tableau), business intelligence tools
  • Experience with PLG initiatives and product growth hacking
  • Experience/basic working knowledge of design tools like Sketch, AdobeXD, Invision, Figma
  • Expertise on using AI Toolset (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude Code etc)
