Job Summary
Ensure the continuous operation of critical hotel systems (PMS, POS, HSIA, PABX, Call Accounting), ensuring 24/7 availability and rapid incident response.
Provide technical support to guests, internal users, and operational areas, including meeting rooms, conferences, and administration, complying with established SLAs.
Manage and maintain the technological infrastructure, including servers, Active Directory, wired and wireless network, firewalls, VPN, antivirus, backups, and recovery.
