Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 4 years related work experience
TIG and MIG welding proficiency
Blueprint and schematic interpretation
Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting
CNC machine operation experience
Nice-to-have
Experience with automated manufacturing systems
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs
Technical certification in welding or fabrication
Background in medical device or pharma environments
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 4 years of related work experience
Unrestricted US work authorization required at hire
