Job Summary

• This role sits within the People & Culture function and works closely with Payroll Operations, Technology and P&C project teams to design, deliver and embed compliant, efficient payroll solutions into our business-as-usual operations.
• Using your payroll domain expertise, you’ll take a holistic view of the end-to-end payroll ecosystem—identifying risks and opportunities, enhancing system controls, and helping deliver change that enhances both operational efficiency and employee experience.

• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
