Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Trade qualified electrician or Bachelor's Degree
5+ years progressive engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Safety and environmental compliance adherence
Project planning and cross-functional leadership
Nice-to-have
6-Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with PMP methodology
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to coach less experienced associates
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environments
Key Requirements
Minimum trade qualification or Bachelor's degree in engineering
5+ years of progressive engineering or technical experience
10+ years relevant experience if education requirement is not met
Preferred training in 6-Sigma, 8D, RCA, or PMP
U.S. citizenship or work authorization required for applicants
