Job Summary

• The Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale (Tsai CITY) mission is to inspire students from diverse backgrounds and disciplines to seek innovative ways to solve real-world problems.
• The Managing Director will play a pivotal role in bringing this plan to life by designing and leading programs that support early-stage founders, strengthening pathways for student innovators, and shaping the entrepreneurial experience for students across disciplines.
• The Managing Director is a key member of the Tsai CITY leadership team and will work with the Executive Director to oversee the development of an evolving slate of programming focused on supporting student entrepreneurs at all stages.
