You will be involved in defining and delivering payroll management solutions and associated processes, in collaboration with the Social Relations team and the SAP Excellence Centre aiming at ensuring the operational excellence and legal compliance of the Payroll Control Center tool.
Your challenges include optimizing user experience by ensuring the effective implementation of the payroll control process, defining and implementing SAP technical solutions in accordance with national legal changes, and supporting the deployment of new HR solutions for payroll, time management, and administrative management across the group.
