Base: $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 (AR); $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 (CA); Bonus/Equity: annual or quarterly performance bonuses; Benefits: Health, 401(k), stock purchase, company-paid life insurance, PTO, and more

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or marketplace operations
5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building and scaling compliance programs
Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks
Experience working with cross-functional teams
5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
3 years supervisory experience
4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
