Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and inventory management.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan with plant operations, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Supports customer requests for quotes and pricing, coordinates material returns, monitors progress from initial contact to final resolution, and provides timely reports on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, and inventory levels.
