Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and inventory management.
  • Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan with plant operations, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
  • Supports customer requests for quotes and pricing, coordinates material returns, monitors progress from initial contact to final resolution, and provides timely reports on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, and inventory levels.
