This role supports the equity businesses of Morgan Stanley's European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) offices, handling documentation for prime brokerage and listed derivatives.
Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and executing a wide range of master agreements and related documents, such as ISDA Master Agreements and GMSLAs.
The position requires a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
