Job Summary

  • Develop high performance and lightweight satellite systems, mechanisms, and satellite bus configurations for customers, supporting high value science and interplanetary missions.
  • Own component designs from conceptual design through production, test, and operation, utilizing hand-calcs and FEA to drive design decisions.
  • Manage development schedules, vendors, budgets, and other project deliverables while supporting the Business Development team with proposals and mission concepts.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience (Senior I)
  • 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience (Senior II)
  • Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
