The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are expected to cooperate with inter-departmental personnel and maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions, monitoring their condition, and reporting any changes or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
