Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced proficiency in English communication
2+ years experience in HR or related fields
Proficiency with MS tools like Excel and Outlook
Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP
Nice-to-have
Process improvement and project management certification
Supporting HR services across multiple regions
Experience with processes and systems automation
Ability to work in ambiguous fast-changing environments
Key Requirements
Currently pursuing bachelor's degree or 2+ years experience
Not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship
Minimum 2+ years in HR Shared Services or Administration
