Job Summary
Lead, manage and develop the EHS staff ensuring appropriate organizational structure, staffing, skills, technical knowledge and prioritization of work to support our goals and compliance.
Ensure an on-going state of compliance with all applicable EHS regulations and provide expert support to outside EHS regulatory agencies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
10 years of EH&S experience
5+ years leading teams or direct people management
Experience reporting to government and other regulatory authorities
Experience in a manufacturing or similar related function
