Key Requirements

  • 5–12 years engineering experience
  • Capital project management experience ($500k – $5M+)
  • Experience working with plant operations teams
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and process systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng) or eligibility preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification considered an asset
  • Lean Six Sigma training or certification considered an asset
