Job Summary

  • Work collaboratively with senior reliability engineers to perform reliability activities on products and with reliability technicians to execute reliability testing.
  • Contribute to risk analyses (FMEAs, FTA, etc.) and perform reliability activities, including life analysis, block diagrams, reliability demonstration testing, ALT / HALT / HASS, durability testing, etc.
  • We believe that we are better together than apart, and for our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a systems engineer or reliability engineer
  • Experience with nonrepairable/repairable systems business
  • Customer oriented product development experience
  • In-depth knowledge of quality, reliability, and problem solving concepts
  • Experience with FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, GMP, Design Controls, quality standards
