Job Summary

  • Work with business groups, area operations, divisions, and leadership teams to align Continuous Improvement methodologies and drive operational and financial improvement.
  • Develop and coordinate site, multi-site, and division/Area/BG level strategies, ensuring CI is integrated into the Plant Operations 'Operating System'.
  • Develop CI skills across all levels of the organization through experiential learning, structured reflection, and habit building.
