Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Masters degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Five years of project management experience
  • Leadership managing multiple complex institutional projects
  • Experience with occupied mission-critical facilities
  • Strategic planning and portfolio governance skills
  • Risk management and negotiation expertise

Nice-to-have

  • PMP, CCM, RA, PE, or LEED AP credentials
  • Experience with eBuilder, Procore, or Primavera P6
  • Knowledge of BIM and Revit software
  • Public sector procurement experience
  • Experience with laboratory environments like BSL or vivariums
