Job Summary
Performs moderately complex repair of equipment and facilities electro/mechanical systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing equipment failures.
Must understand and demonstrate skills in plant and office electrical systems, air compressors, water and sewer utilities, welding, fabrication, pneumatic equipment, and lockout-tagout procedures.
Requires experience working with and troubleshooting high-tech control systems including PLCs, VFDs, and three-phase motors, along with 3-5 years in a similar role and completion of a vocational program.
