Job Summary

  • This role blends customer technical support and QA testing to deliver simulation solutions for the chemical, energy, and oil & gas industries.
  • The successful candidate will own complex issues end-to-end, partner with Engineering and Product teams, and improve quality by creating repeatable test coverage from real-world scenarios.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BS degree in Engineering or related field
  • Hands-on experience with DCS and SIS systems
  • Strong understanding of Windows networked systems
  • Ability to communicate with customers and engineering teams
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise environments

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure products
  • Knowledge of AVEVA Dynamic Simulation software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps Test Plans
  • Programming skills in C++ and/or C#
  • Test automation framework experience

Key Requirements
