The Patient Advocate for Executive Concierge Care provides high-level customer service and administrative support to ensure exceptional patient experience.
This role coordinates patient flow, scheduling, communication, documentation, referral management, and logistical support for Executive Physicals and concierge services for self-referred and corporate patients.
