Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
5+ years cybersecurity experience with 2+ in OT
Knowledge of ICS, SCADA, and OT security principles
Familiarity with OT protocols like Modbus, OPC, DNP3
Experience with NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001 frameworks
Nice-to-have
Exposure to IT infrastructure and risk reduction
Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
CISSP, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 certifications
Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
Ability to engage with senior management effectively
