Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, preventing pressure ulcers, and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition to supervisors.
