Job Summary
Functions as the primary mental health resource within the Aurora Public Defender Office, assisting with competency evaluations and mental health referrals.
Manages a caseload of individuals set for competency, coordinating evaluations and connecting them to appropriate treatment services.
Develops and maintains relationships with community partners and other City departments to improve the quality of representation by the Public Defender.
