Key Requirements

  • BS degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of people management experience
  • Experience managing employee performance effectively
  • Track record of effective industrial oversight
  • Prior experience in managing within a unionized setting is advantageous
  • Proficiency in managing Industrial Site Utilities is beneficial
  • Experience in Process Safety Management is advantageous
