Job Summary
This position serves as a key legal partner to senior business leadership, supporting Kyndryl’s operations across China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan (“GCG”), with additional regional responsibilities across APAC MEA as required.
The role provides strategic, commercially focused legal counsel across a broad range of technology services and operational matters within GCG.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned legal professional with strong commercial judgment, leadership presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, multinational environment.

Key Requirements
Law degree from a well-recognised university in China
Admitted to practice in local jurisdiction with relevant practice experience and called to the Bar of China
Minimum 15+ years post-qualification experience
Significant in-house experience and/or senior law firm practice
Strong experience advising on commercial, regulatory, and technology-enabled legal matters in a cross-border or multinational environment
Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
