Job Summary

  • This position serves as a key legal partner to senior business leadership, supporting Kyndryl’s operations across China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan (“GCG”), with additional regional responsibilities across APAC MEA as required.
  • The role provides strategic, commercially focused legal counsel across a broad range of technology services and operational matters within GCG.
  • The successful candidate will be a seasoned legal professional with strong commercial judgment, leadership presence, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, multinational environment.

Key Requirements

  • Law degree from a well-recognised university in China
  • Admitted to practice in local jurisdiction with relevant practice experience and called to the Bar of China
  • Minimum 15+ years post-qualification experience
  • Significant in-house experience and/or senior law firm practice
  • Strong experience advising on commercial, regulatory, and technology-enabled legal matters in a cross-border or multinational environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
