Manages residential homes/facilities as assigned, supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support Employees, resolves employee issues, and conducts performance reviews.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
One year of experience with developmental disabilities
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification a plus
