Develops, maintains, and improves all test and burn-in processes within the area of responsibility, ensuring they meet safety specifications and quality standards.
Assists with fabrication and development of new equipment, fixtures, and test programs, and supports engineering with new product introductions.
Provides first-line support for workstation and line issues, drives recovery actions for down processes, and partners with Industrial Engineering on equipment moves.
