You will plan and execute cost-effective quality processes to ensure that we meet or exceed contractual quality requirements.
Activities will include failure analysis, root cause and corrective action analysis, risk mitigation, material review, customer & governmental interface, audit support configuration control, and traceability.

Base: $105,000.00–$130,000.00 Annually; Bonus/Equity: annual profit sharing, Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Benefits: comprehensive insurance coverage, Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program

Key Requirements
8+ years of professional work experience
5+ years in Quality Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM
Proficiency with statistical software
