Job Summary
The MDS-RAI Coder is responsible for review of interdisciplinary and comprehensive resident assessments, collection of data for the purposes of quality documentation management and adherence to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) requirements.
