  • Responsible for portfolio management, intake and orchestration of LCM and NPI projects across the Shoulders portfolio.
  • Lead NPI projects and ensure on-time delivery of products based on business commits, identifying and developing optimized supply chain strategies.
  • Build and mature governance processes & playbooks for NPI and lifecycle management activities, identifying gaps and driving improvement.
