Job Summary

  • In this key role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective subcontracting strategy in the area of Construction & Commissioning (C&C).
  • You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams from Supply Chain Management, Engineering, HSE, and Quality to ensure the selection of the most suitable and economical subcontractors, always in line with schedule, budget, and project goals.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or similar
  • 6-8 years of industrial experience
  • 3+ years subcontracting experience for construction
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontracts
  • Fluent in German and English
