Job Summary

  • Coordinates the Memorial Hermann Service Line Program to include developing and implementing policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, standards and conditions required by healthcare programs, governmental agencies, accrediting organizations as well as internal quality standards and policies.
  • Analyzes patient records, program files, reports and other data to ensure approval standards by the TJC and Other accreditation bodies.
  • Leads the service line Quality Assurance (QA) and Performance Improvement (PI) process.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
  • Master’s preferred
  • Current State of Texas RN license required
  • Certification in field of expertise preferred
  • Three (3) years clinical nursing experience
  • Nursing experience in Specific Service Line preferred
