Must-have

  • 10-18 years customer success experience
  • Strong grasp of GenAI concepts and LLMs
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
  • Ability to drive new business in healthcare
  • Willingness to work on-site 4-5 days per week

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Agentic AI patterns
  • Knowledge of RAG frameworks and LangChain
  • Experience with subscription-based pricing models
  • Background in behavioral sciences or engineering
  • Proven track record with Director-level clients
