Base: $203,986-$232,287 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for performance-based incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, 401k, 18+ days PTO

Microsoft .NET development experience
Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS/SSIS
Object-oriented design and UML

Managing onshore and offshore engineering teams

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
