  • Responsible for processing various types of export-import /trade finance transactions and deliver high quality service to enhance Bank’s reputation and meet customer’s expectations.
  • Investigating and providing prompt and reliable responses to inquiries received from customers, front/middle and correspondent banks.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to processes and/or procedures to increase productivity and control risks.
